Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Return Request Form
    Fill out our Return Request Form with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Approval
    Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions via email.

  3. Send Back Your Items
    Once approved, ship the items back to us using the instructions provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  4. Receive Your Refund
    After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

When submitting a return, please upload:

  • A clear photo of the item’s condition

  • A photo showing the original tags or packaging still attached

  • If the item is damaged, show the damaged area clearly


This helps us process your return faster.
